What can I do within My Account?
Within your My Account, you can do the following:
- Request another appraisal kit
- Track your Package - You can track your package at any time after you have dropped it off at the staffed FedEx® location. You will not be able to track the package we are sending to you. In addition, search for nearby FedEx® locations.
- Refer a Friend - if you were happy with our service, great! Refer a friend and get a 10% bonus check when they sell us their items.
- Review your recent orders, accept, or decline your most recent appraisal.
- Update your personal information including your preferred payment method and My Account password.
- Lastly, chat with our jewelry experts. We are always here to help answer your questions.
