Do you provide shipping insurance?
Of course! If you use the FREE FedEx® shipping label included in your Appraisal Kit your merchandise will automatically be insured up to $1,000 in the event of loss or damage!**
If you feel your items are worth more, you may obtain additional coverage up to $25,000. You must call Customer Service at (888) 465-3860, receive written approval (via email), and follow all the instructions and procedures in the e-mail prior to shipment of your items (see Terms and Conditions for details).
